Absolute Underground, Inc. is pleased to offer a quality Group Healthcare Program to our full-time employees. This includes individual and family coverage. Eligibility for this benefit begins the 1st of the month following your date of hire!
After 6 consecutive months of employment–
Absolute Underground will cover 50% of the employees’ individual cost of the monthly medical coverage.

Absolute underground connect your care

Absolute Underground, Inc. is contracted with Connect Your Care, to administer the Health Reimbursement Account. Once you elect the medical coverage, you will receive a debit card pre-loaded with the $1,200 annual deductible. The use of this debit card is to pay those providers for your deductible responsibility.
Absolute underground Hartford

The Hartford: Life & AD&D Insurance
Eligible Full Time employees will be enrolled in The Hartford Program on the 1st of the month following 12 months of employment.
Life Insurance – Basic Life: Benefit amount is 100K maximum
Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Benefit amount is 100K maximum
These benefits are 100% employer paid by Absolute Underground
Absolute underground American Funds

After one year of employment, Absolute Underground extends the opportunity to participate in the 401(k) plan. This allows employees to contribute a portion of their pretax salary to a tax-deferred retirement plan.
Absolute underground Aflac

Aflac policies are 100% employee-paid and are available on a voluntary basis. We have chosen to make Aflac policies available as a cost-effective solution for short-term disability; you may also explore this benefit and opt for other coverage. This benefit will be administered through a payroll deduction, although it is not funded by Absolute Underground.
